Prerequisites for Configuring TeamsFire Connector

  1. Verify All Users have Supported Microsoft Licenses
  2. Add TeamsFire to Trusted Traffic List
  3. Delete any Previous Direct Routing

Configuring TeamsFire Connector

The TeamsFire Connector requires configuration by both FireComm and the client. Below are the steps which should be followed in order.

  1. Client - Complete the above Prerequisites
  2. FireComm - Add the TeamsFire licenses to the client account and send the invitation email to the Global Administrator.
    1. FireComm will need the email address of the Global Administrator of the Microsoft Tenant.
  3. Client - Setup Direct Routing
    1. Once complete notify FireComm.
  4. FireComm - Complete needed configuration of FireComm PBX and add users to the TeamsFire Connector
    1. FireComm will need a list of users client wants setup on TeamsFire Connector
  5. (Optional) Client - Build TeamsFire App to extend portal functionality to their Teams App
