Prerequisites for Configuring TeamsFire Connector
- Verify All Users have Supported Microsoft Licenses
- Add TeamsFire to Trusted Traffic List
- Delete any Previous Direct Routing
Configuring TeamsFire Connector
The TeamsFire Connector requires configuration by both FireComm and the client. Below are the steps which should be followed in order.
- Client - Complete the above Prerequisites
- FireComm - Add the TeamsFire licenses to the client account and send the invitation email to the Global Administrator.
- FireComm will need the email address of the Global Administrator of the Microsoft Tenant.
- Client - Setup Direct Routing
- Once complete notify FireComm.
- FireComm - Complete needed configuration of FireComm PBX and add users to the TeamsFire Connector
- FireComm will need a list of users client wants setup on TeamsFire Connector
- (Optional) Client - Build TeamsFire App to extend portal functionality to their Teams App
